As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:To obtain new customers as per the sales targetPrepare Sales Order Forms with the advice of Customer ServicePrepare quotations for services for both potential and existing customersHost overseas sales visitors and national route development managers as required (this may require evening and/or weekend entertainment of visitor)Qualify prospective customers via telephone or in personIn conjunction with Service Department, send rate and service level instructions to appropriate overseas offices of the Hellmann networkTaking appropriate corrective action to prevent recurrence of non-conformancesCustomer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.What You NeedWe will help you be successful in this role.
