Digital Business Analyst/Consultant

Talenza has been engaged to source a Digital Business Analyst/Consultant with global or institutional banking experience for a digital transformation.
This role would be aligned for a candidate with 3-6 years BA experience from either banking or banking-consulting.
Required experience:
In-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and online banking channels.
Experience in FinTech Digital products with omni-channel implementation knowledge will be highly regarded.
Experience with access-related additions within entitlements/channels.
Strong experience in Digital and technology domain experience with vendors or similar.
Implementation experience with SaaS products delivery will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience in Agile practices, including backlog management and prioritisation, as well as user story definition and refinement.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end technology delivery, covering design, build, test and implementation.
Familiar with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Axure, Miro.
Business Analyst with experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, customer journey/value chain/process mapping, business high-level requirements/user stories/system functional/non-functional requirements gathering.
Proven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
Strong facilitation and elicitation skills, with a track record of successfully conducting workshops and extracting critical insights.
Strong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, user stories, process engineering and creation/management of project artefacts.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Identify stakeholders and develop and maintain collaborative working relations; elicit and analyse business requirements involving participants from senior management to business users.

Rate: $700-$750 + super per day maximum/aligned with market rates.
Office attendance: 3 days per week CBD office.
Contract length: 12M with likely extension or permanent opportunity.
Candidates must have full work rights and be based in Sydney, Australia, and willing to attend the office 3 days per week.
