Randstad is on the lookout for experienced Residential Aged Care Managers to lead their next aged care facility in 2025 and beyond.
Multiple positions and locations are available:
Facility ManagerResidential ManagerGeneral ManagerService ManagerVillage ManagerCare Manager/Clinical Manager also encouraged to apply as we have various positions availableRepresenting a forward-thinking health and aged care provider, you'll benefit from strong support across funding, quality, and operations teams, as well as a highly skilled clinical care team on-site.
This full-time, permanent role offers Monday-to-Friday hours with flexible start and finish times.
On offer is an attractive salary package of up to $135,000 - $145,000 base (negotiable) + superannuation and benefits.

You'll ensure compliance with the latest Aged Care Standards and align operations with the organisation's strategic goals.
What we're looking for: Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care management.Proven leadership and operational management skills.Current Police Clearance.Valid driver's license.If you're ready to take the next step in your aged care leadership journey, we'd love to hear from you
