My client is a house builder using modern construction methods to build attractive and innovative homes, many of which are custom homes.
They are looking for a Drafting Team Leader to oversee the drafting team including both in house and outsourced draftspeople as they produce the construction documentation.
Duties will include:
Working closely with the in-house Architect on custom projectsManaging workflow of the drafting teamLiaison with the pre-con team to ensure the projects move promptly to constructionQuality control of the work of the Drafting teamReporting to the Operations Manager About you
