Pre-Sales Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to potential clients.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.Prepare client environments for demonstrations and client proof of value exercises.Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.Support sales efforts with in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise.Work closely with the product and engineering teams to address customer needs and feedback.Participate in customer meetings and provide support as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role.Strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated experience with B2B SaaS environments preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why join Shiftcare?
