About the Job
About the role We are seeking an Asset Information Coordinator to provide expert technical support for the Asset Information Management system at the Public Transport Authority (PTA).
As the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for system administration, development, and implementation in collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: Managing the day-to-day operations of Asset Information systems, ensuring system compliance, and improving information integrity.Analysing system performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to maintain reliable and efficient asset information.Contributing to the development of best practices, supporting safety culture initiatives, and ensuring continuous improvement of branch operations.Managing stakeholder relations and ensuring quality service delivery.If you have strong technical expertise in asset information management and are passionate about delivering high-quality system support, we'd love to hear from you
About You To excel in this role, you should possess:
Significant experience in Asset Information Management within an asset-intensive or transport environment, with expertise in system analysis, improvement, and strategy implementation.Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and influence people to achieve organizational goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, negotiate across all levels, and write well-structured reports and documents.Well-developed planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a deep knowledge of relevant IT systems and a commitment to safety, personal development, and adaptability to new technologies.About Us The Public Transport Authority's (PTA) vision is to be recognised as a leader in providing world-class public transport services and solutions.
