What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Lead Investigator, in this role you will be responsible for:
Conducting serious, complex and sensitive breaches of the Electoral Act 2002, including intricate financial matters.Preparing briefs, reports, correspondence, and recommendations on complex issues.Analysing, interpreting and applying complex legal and policy issues whilst ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Managing competing priorities that involve inflexible timelines whilst working autonomously.What you will bring to the role Experience in a law enforcement, legal, compliance, financial and/or regulatory discipline is highly desirable.Demonstrated high analytical skills, with experience in the interpretation and analysis of financial statements being beneficial.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare briefs of evidence, reports and recommendations on complex issues.Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced business environment, particularly during peak election periods.A strong commitment to self-development and willingness to learn.How to apply All applicants must submit:
