How will I help?As the Senior Manager, Solution Technical, you hold a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping the learning culture and driving organizational performance through strategic development initiatives in a particular portfolio.You will guide the overall direction and planning of learning initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and foster continuous growth and improvement across the organization, while overseeing the development and delivery of learning solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.Key responsibilitiesDrive measurable improvements in organizational performance through strategic learning and development initiatives.Maintain high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders by delivering high-quality learning solutions that meet their needs and expectations.Ensure that learning solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in design, user experience, and capability development.Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring that learning solutions are delivered on schedule and within budget in a sustainable manner that supports team wellbeing.Ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy and priorities, driving performance improvement in key areas.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the learning organization, leveraging feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and delivery processes.What do I need?Proven experience in Project Management with a strong track record of successful project delivery.Exceptional Executive Communication Skills for effectively conveying information to senior stakeholders.Solid Consulting Skills with the ability to provide strategic advice and solutions.Strong Commercial Acumen and understanding of business dynamics.Excellent Problem Solving & Critical Thinking skills to address complex issues and make informed decisions.Advanced Data Literacy and Decision-Making capabilities to leverage data for strategic choices.Experience in Strategy & Organisational Design for aligning initiatives with business goals.Effective Stakeholder Management skills for building and maintaining relationships.Proven Leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams towards achieving objectives.How do I apply?Start here.
