This cloud analytics platform is leading the charge in maximising global electricity networks, and achieve their scalability goals, they are searching for a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Pre-Sales Support: Conduct technical discovery with prospects to identify their needs, and then design and propose customised technical solutions.
Lead tailored product demos, manage the Proof of Value (PoV) and pilot process to demonstrate platform value.

Pilot to Subscription Transition: Oversee technical setup and customisation during the pilot phase.
Facilitate the transition from pilot to subscription by highlighting key success metrics.
Ensure a smooth hand over to the Customer Success team post-subscription.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical insights and tools to support the Sales team.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Capture customer feedback and provide insights to improve the platform - working closely with the product and engineering team.
4.
Quality Assurance & Optimisation: Ensure successful integration and configuration during pilots, troubleshooting any technical issues.
Monitor success metrics and recommend optimisations to enhance performance.
