We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to oversee our exceptional childcare facility.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of educators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs that nurture the growth and development of our young learners.What do we offer for success?Great salary package with above award rate paid weeklyTraining & development + strong support from our highly experienced operations and management teamWhat you'll be doingProviding strategic leadership and direction to the centre, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets all regulatory and compliance requirementsRecruiting, training, and managing a talented team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentDeveloping and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning FrameworkBuilding strong relationships with families and the local community to promote the centre and drive enrolmentsOverseeing the centre's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the centre's profitabilityContinuously improving centre operations and practices to enhance the quality of care and education providedWhat we're looking forA minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Centre Director or senior management role within the early childhood education sectorDemonstrated expertise in leading a team of educators and driving continuous improvement in centre operationsStrong understanding of the National Quality Framework, legislative requirements, and best practices in early childhood educationExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with families, the community, and regulatory bodiesExcellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the centre's financial viabilityA passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible learning outcomes for childrenRelevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
