About the role We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to take ownership of our Clinic accounts, provide solution-based calls and deliver growth.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and deliver WOW service via phone, email and SMS.
Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with customers to ensure return of business.
Our dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment will suit an energetic, bubbly self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys multi-tasking.

Responsibilities Manage the full cycle of customer orders, including responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, placing service calls and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.
Regularly communicate with customers and applicable construction site supervisors on the progress of orders, deliveries, service calls and any other issues that may arise.
Upsell and cross sell on all orders Generate leads for product categories Servicing key accounts to ensure repeated business & grow GP$ from accounts Collaborate with relevant business units to ensure a quality experience is delivered to all commercial customers.

Skills and experience Customer Service/ Sales experience – inbound & outbound calls Comfortable cross-selling, up-selling and generating leads Intermediate level Microsoft Office and G-Suite Previous experience in customer service and/or administration.
Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to analyse technical data and make product recommendations.
A team player Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
