The Role: Inside Sales Manager Lead a dynamic Inside Sales Team based in Sydney CBD.
Your role is pivotal in driving sales performance, mentoring talent, and streamlining the sales process to ensure outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and mentor the inside sales team in cold calling and appointment setting.
Develop and coach team members to transition into external sales roles.
Oversee performance and workflows using Salesforce CRM.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently.
Drive KPIs for qualified appointment setting.
Manage outsourced lead generation and distribution.
About You You're a passionate, results-driven leader who thrives on team success and exceeding targets.
Ideal Qualifications B2B Sales Experience: Background in printer, copier, Managed Services - MSP or IT industries preferred.
Proven Leadership: Experience managing sales or appointment-setting teams.
KPI Champion: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Account Management Skills: Ability to build lasting client relationships.
