Due to the rapid expansion of our business, multiple opportunities have become available to join our friendly and experienced team.
Our bright and freshly renovated office is conveniently located in Kingsgrove within a short stroll to Station, Shops and off - street parking.
ARA Building Services provides building repairs and maintenance services to many Large clients across the country.
Our call centre is an integral part of the business, with a long history of achieving goals, exceeding expectations, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidates would have:
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively
Excellent computer skills
Customer service experience (building industry knowledge an advantage but not required)
As a Call Centre Coordinator your primary focus would include:
Communicating with clients and tradespeople
Logging job requests, allocation of jobs to tradespeople, and monitoring from start to completion.
Updating systems and uploading documentation.
General administrative tasks
As we grow we like to have our staff grow with us, with opportunities available to progress or move into other areas of the business.
