You will proactively reach out via outbound calls to understand their evolving needs, upsell and cross-sell relevant products, all whilst providing an exceptional level of support and service to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Social, Websites, Digital Display products, B2B selling experience and ability to deal with multiple internal systems is advantageous.This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position, working from home (WFH) within Australia.
