About the Role:
As an experienced Business Relationship Lead – you're going to thrive in this role
It's the perfect mix of independence and teamwork, where you'll play a key part in driving our business growth and helping HCA become Australia's go-to provider.
You'll get to forge new connections, build strong relationships, and represent us at exciting events.

Key Responsibilities include: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and their familiesConduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferencesPresent Homecare My Way services in a clear, compelling, and empathetic mannerDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the community and through referralsMaintain a detailed understanding of industry trends and competitor offeringsWork closely with care managers and support staff to ensure a seamless client experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM systemPrepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales ManagerEnsure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulationsTo be Considered: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aged care or healthcare sectorDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools; andPassionate about aged care and committed to improving the lives of seniorsAbout HCA: Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
