Client Advisor @ Réalisation Par Sydney

Equipped with a client focussed mindset, we are looking for candidates who proactively seek opportunities to elevate the experience for all customers whilst nurturing the relationship with existing clients in an authentic way and expand our community.
As a member of the retail team and a trusted advisor to your clients, you are passionate and knowledgeable on all aspects of Realisation Par.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing the client sales experience and implementing a specific, bespoke approach for clients which is in-line with the Réalisation Par brand image and culture Servicing the Réal community to the highest standard and build and nourish customer relationships Acting as aRéalisation Par ambassador to build and maintain a loyal base of high-value clients and take a lead role in all client engagement Focus on developing new and existing client relationships to encourage repeat purchasing Achieve business sales targets and KPI's Work with the operations team to continuously improve the client journey and experience Work collaboratively with cross-functional International teams to contribute to planning and execution of any curated events Manage stock levels to monitor availability, prioritisation and allocation including loss prevention The ideal candidate has: Previous retail experience, in womenswear preferable Confidence and the ability to build trust with both staff and customers Knowledge and interest of luxury product and styling A network of connections with clients that are interested in Réalisation Par Skill and comfort in selling in store and through digital channels Skill in making and maintaining new connections A proactive and positive approach, with ability to tackle issues and identify and implement solutions quickly An ability to balance a commitment to business goals with afocus on client needs Why work with us?
