What You'll Do Develop and execute strategic annual and quarterly business plans for your territory.
Achieve and exceed sales and gross profit budgets, including category and new product targets.
Build trust and foster relationships with key customers through regular engagement and expert culinary insights.
Promote and drive sales of new and promotional products, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Manage margins effectively, including implementing pricing strategies and supplier-driven adjustments.
Deliver practical, customer-focused solutions while meeting operational targets like cook-ups and demonstrations.
About You We're seeking a talented sales professional with a background in culinary or cheffing, paired with a proven track record in driving results in the food service industry.
Your passion for food and understanding of operational challenges faced by chefs and restaurateurs will give you a unique edge in this role.
Experience in sales within the food service or related industry (preferred).
Culinary or cheffing background, with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.
Expertise in developing and implementing strategic territory business plans.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
