About the Role As the Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting organisational goals through strategic HR guidance.
This includes collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job advertisements.
You'll provide expert advice on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, contributing to a cohesive and well-supported HR function.

Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, assisting with job ad creation and recruitment processes.
Provide high-level support in performance management, offering guidance on best practices and policy adherence.
Collaborate with teams to enhance employee engagement and support an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Contribute to HR projects.
Skills and Experience Extensive experience in HR business partnering.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in developing job ads and recruitment documentation.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices in workforce planning.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within set timeframes.
