Job Description Prepare and administer payroll for the organisation's corporate and operations (site) employeesProcessing of supplier invoices against approved purchase ordersPerforming payment runsReconciling supplier statements and following unresolved mattersProvide back up for bank accounts management and reconciliationsMaintenance of customer and supplier database as requiredAnswering phones / communicating with suppliers in a professional and timely mannerAssist in providing input and support to the development of the finance functionAssist with the implementation of accounts payable automationThe Successful Applicant Experience working in payroll including a roster environmentExperience in accounts payableStrong attention to detailAbility to work within a teamFlexibility with tasks as the role and team developWhat's on Offer 98,000 including superannuation + 10% STI BonusHigh-growth, ASX-listed mining businessSignificant opportunity for internal career progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
