Job ID: 2813474 | Amazon Commercial Services Pty LtdWe are looking for a customer-obsessed, analytical and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead a diverse range of go-to-market initiatives in support of Echo product launches, product marketing and category expansion initiatives.Do you want to work in a role where you are encouraged to build and have the autonomy to push boundaries? You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, have strong ownership, and be able to work successfully across global teams. Having a good sense of metric-based decision making is a must.You will be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed for major launches. You should be able to drive focus and excellence within the programs you own, working with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and Product management, and with colleagues across the organization--including In stock, Business Intelligence and Legal. You will take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.Key job responsibilitiesLead go-to-market strategy and implementation for Echo products in ANZ, from evaluating product concepts, developing business cases and reviewing investment plans with Amazon Devices leadership.Architect the local launch strategy, leading the cross-functional team to deliver a seamless, successful product launch across marketing, onsite CX, distribution channels, and more.Act as customer and product evangelist internally and externally with all associated teams.Measure and analyse existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers.Co-own usage and engagement targets; track progress and action plan to achieve goals in regular business reviews.Develop campaigns to test and learn about customer behavior on device; share best practices across categories and regions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion2+ years Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously2+ years Experience interpreting data and making business recommendationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiativesExperience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesExperience communicating results to stakeholdersExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAcknowledgement of country:In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
