In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities while delivering outstanding client experiences.
While primarily office-based, site travel will be required to foster strong client relationships, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide effective solutions.
Travelling to remote sites, overseeing and leading shutdowns, and meeting with clients are integral aspects of this position.
Your active involvement in these activities will contribute directly to the success of our projects.
Training and support will be offered during the first 12 months.

Key Responsibilities Build, oversee, and expand a client portfolio. Comprehend and execute the sales process, including lead generation, customer communication, quote preparation, sales orders, and follow-up. Travel to client sites to assess project requirements, enhance job planning, and occasionally lead shutdown teams. Foster and nurture customer relationships within the mining industry. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operations, maintenance, materials, and procurement. Collaborate closely with the Administration, Engineering, and Services teams to prepare quotes and reports. Demonstrate flexibility and availability to provide on-call support as needed, ensuring uninterrupted client assistance. Produce professional-grade reports and presentations. Skills and Experience A solid understanding of bulk handling plant and equipment (bonus, but not essential). A background in mechanical trades, complemented by sales experience in the mining industry or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Commerce/Business. Highly regarded ability to lead and supervise teams during shutdowns on-site. Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships. Thrives in the challenge of technical sales and enjoys working with practical solutions. Self-motivated and thrives in both independent and team-based work settings. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills, including effective time management to handle multiple and varied tasks. Possession of a valid manual driver's license. Proficiency in intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent salary and related benefits.
