About the role
WT Partners is seeking a highly talented and ambitious Tax Senior & Client Manager to join our dynamic team in West Perth, WA.
As a Tax Senior & Client Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax advisory services to our diverse client base, while also managing key client relationships.
This is a full-time role that offers excellent career progression opportunities within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing Providing high-quality tax advisory services to clients across a range of industries, including tax planning, compliance, and researchManaging client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for allocated clientsSupervising and mentoring junior tax professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional client serviceIdentifying and capitalising on opportunities to grow the firm's client base and service offeringsCollaborating with the broader team to contribute to the development of innovative tax solutionsStaying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and industry best practicesWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a tax advisory role, preferably within a professional services firmStrong technical tax knowledge and the ability to provide insightful and practical tax adviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clientsProven project management and client relationship management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of tax professionalsTertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related field, and a Chartered Accountant or CPA designationWhat we offer
