Hybrid working available.The opportunityJoin a national team of HR professionals and become an integral part of this firm's growth plans.This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent growth opportunity for you as a mid-career HR professional.It will give you access to wide-ranging generalist responsibilities as well as business partnering and a diverse range of projects.You'll be part of a close-knit team, led by an approachable National HR lead.
Also, whilst you'll be based in the firm's Sydney office (with some hybrid flexibility), you'll be part of a national HR function and so have the opportunity to Business Partner work with people at all levels across the firm.About youYou will:be an experienced HR professional (4 years+)be committed to working in a wide-ranging generalist roleoffer HR experience in a professional services firmexperience working within a 'time-billable' Partnership firm such as law or accountancy would be viewed favourablyThe EmployerThis specialist firm has a strong presence across Australia and NZ and an excellent reputation both for the quality of service it provides and as an employer.Recognised as the leading firm in their specialist field and a WGEA Employer of Choice.
