There is a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented Finance Manager to join the business, reporting into an impressive CFO, and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance team.
Duties include:
Preparation of Financial Reports - balance sheet, P&L, cash flow reporting Management reporting - KPI / business insights Ownership of the budgeting & forecasting process Full management of inventory accounting requirements Providing high-level variance analysis & commentary Overseeing of AP & AR, managing a small team Payroll processing ATO Compliance requirements - BAS, PAYG, STC, Income Tax To be considered, you will be CA or CPA qualified and have an extensive background as either a Senior Financial Accountant or Finance Manager, with demonstrated experience managing staff.
You will have worked for a reputable, product-based company and have knowledge around inventory and stock accounting.
You will be comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting financial findings to executive-level personnel.
You will be communicative & collaborative and happy to work autonomously.
