With a reputation for innovation, efficiency and sustainability, they are very much customer focused whilst providing a supportive and high performance culture.A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Business Analyst to join the team and be the conduit between business needs (finance, IT, HR, marketing) and providing technical solutions. Reporting to the General Manager (Finance), you will have a variety of responsibilities including:Analysing and documenting business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvementUnderstanding project business requirements and translate these into functional specificationsMaintain and advance any current Power BI dashboard and reporting metricsAct as the 'super user' for business analytics toolRecommend solutions to meeting goals efficientlyAssist with the implementation of new ERPPreparation and execution of test scenarios and test casesBoard presentations and stakeholder engagementManage ad-hoc data requests to support operational needsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity you will be degree qualified (finance, commerce or IT) and have a minimum of 8-10 years Business Analyst experience. Previous experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI is essential) and a knowledge/experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP or Netsuite) would be favourable. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with a multitude of stakeholders.
