With an unmatched company culture and benefits, this business is quickly becoming an excellent place to work, providing genuine career growth and insight into the fast-paced nature of the Consumer Goods sector.There is a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented Finance Manager to join the business, reporting into an impressive CFO, and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance team.
Duties include:Preparation of Financial Reports - balance sheet, P&L, cash flow reportingManagement reporting - KPI / business insightsOwnership of the budgeting & forecasting processFull management of inventory accounting requirementsProviding high-level variance analysis & commentaryOverseeing of AP & AR, managing a small teamPayroll processingATO Compliance requirements - BAS, PAYG, STC, Income TaxTo be considered, you will be CA or CPA qualified and have an extensive background as either a Senior Financial Accountant or Finance Manager, with demonstrated experience managing staff.
You will have worked for a reputable, product-based company and have knowledge around inventory and stock accounting.
You will be comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting financial findings to executive-level personnel.
