As a key member of the Venues team, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality service across all operations.
THE RIGHT FIT To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
A collaborative leadership style – motivating and driving performance Diligence in meeting deadlines and outcomes Demonstrated ability operating in a high-visibility, cross functional environment prioritising and managing multiple demands Experience in a multi-outlet venue managing food and beverage services as well as delivering a variety of events Demonstrated experience managing a team of permanents and casual team members – offering development and coaching Strong conflict resolution skills Experience working to and delivering on budgets with the ability to optimise costs A forward-thinking and proactive mindset Possession of a drivers licence and car is preferred as travel to other venues is required A current NSW RSA and experience working with site-specific liquor licences.
