What this job involves:
You will bring your entrepreneurial spirit and client relationship management expertise to ensure that the relationship between JLL and Client is maintained at the highest levels.
You will be recognised by Client as a valued advisor who delivers innovative solutions and ensures that both Client and the JLL account team have full access to the necessary resources required to meet account objectives and Client's strategic priorities.
Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Client/Stakeholder Management
Maintain high level of client relationships
Ensure Client is provided with a consistent framework and resource base to drive service delivery integration
Improve performance via ongoing monitoring of client relationships, applying strategic thinking, planning and efficient operations
Establish the vision and strategy of the account plans and ensuring the client receives exceptional delivery of their requirements.
Understand the client's key business drivers, focus the account team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables.Financial Management
Meet the agreed growth targets for the account.
Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account; revenue, expenses and debtor's targets.
Accountable for the service delivery to meet contractual obligations of Jones Lang LaSalle.Contract Management
Assist RAD and Facilities Managers for the achievement of key performance indicators, service levels and other measures as contracted
Work with Account Managers to ensure governance is followed at all locations.Operations
Assist with the implementation of technology systems to support service delivery, and ensure the required reporting from the systems
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and processes for new accounts.

Naturally, you display a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and influence business relationships in a positive direction including negotiation and successful conflict resolution.
You have a proven capacity to successfully manage a business contract including the ability to understand, interpret and respond to management, operational and financial information and trends.
If you are experienced in developing portfolio strategic plans and handling complex account structures, then this is the role for you
