Senior People and Culture Business Partner This Australian owned company is known for its innovation, is a technological leader in its field and sees their people as the most important asset.
With multi-site operations, this company operates in local and global markets and is continuing to grow.
As a result, a new opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Business Partner.
This is an autonomous role reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for growing and enhancing the People and Culture function.
Partnering with key stakeholders your key responsibilities will include:
Support key stakeholders on all HR related matters across the employee lifecycle Provide direction and advice on performance management issues and coach stakeholders on employee issues Provide robust and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups including employee and industrial relations Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with legislation Establishing an EVP and developing a culture plan Talent development and workforce planning Continuing to develop and enhance the People and Culture function This role will be a strategic and operational function and be well suited to an experienced People Partner who is pragmatic, committed to active involvement and has a can-do attitude.
You will ideally have experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Success in this role will come through your strong focus on internal relationships and as someone who genuinely cares about people.
You will enjoy connecting and collaborating with the team on the shop floor through to the Board and being seen as an approachable counsel.
This role will require you to work across both sites on a daily basis.
