Senior People and Culture Business PartnerFounded in 2011, Pure Dairy has diversified from an International dairy commodity business into a significant player in Trade, Foodservice, Retail and Manufacturing, distributing a range of dairy products such as natural cheese, butter, processed cheese and cheese sauces.
With an extremely strong customer base that spans QSR, Commercial, Industrial and Hospitality, Pure Dairy has established itself as a trusted supplier to the industry both across Australia and internationally.
Pure Dairy is experiencing rapid growth across all channels of the business.
With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in development in Dandenong, Pure Dairy is accelerating and expanding its offering both nationally and internationally.
To support this exciting expansion, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior People and Culture Business Partner to join our team.
About the role The Senior People and Culture Business Partner will be responsible for supporting and operationally executing Pure Dairy's people strategy, and driving initiatives that build a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce.
This role will provide support to Foodservice and Manufacturing and will be critical in the implementation and onboarding of capability, managing performance and talent, and providing IR/ER support.
The successful candidate will lead key initiatives while coaching and developing leaders throughout the business.
With some focus on industrial relations and compliance, the role ensures that People and Culture policies and procedures are effectively executed.
This position will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture and supporting Pure Dairy's continued growth and expansion.
Key Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent for all areas of the business, with a specific focus on Manufacturing and Operations.Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with Pure Dairy's vision, values, and commercial goals.Provide expert advice on employment legislation, compliance, and award interpretation to mitigate risk and maintain best practices, including interpretation of Awards and Agreements.Optimise and support our HRIS platforms, including Employment Hero, to enhance operational efficiency.Build a culture that values collaboration, continuous feedback, and problem-solving.Support our Foodservice and Manufacturing teams with people-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Support key areas such as remuneration and benefits, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning.Coach and support leaders to strengthen the employee experience and foster a positive, high-performing work environment.Promote a strong safety culture by managing incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions effectively.About you The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced settings and possess at least 5 years of experience working as a People and Culture professional in a manufacturing, blue-collar environment.
With a strong ability to think laterally and solve problems efficiently, the successful candidate will enjoy partnering with managers and leaders to provide comprehensive People and Culture expertise.
A confident and experienced People and Culture professional, they excel in performance management and have a natural talent for coaching and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
