As the Senior Manager of Sales Practice within the Revenue Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining Cartology's sales excellence.
Your leadership in developing, implementing, and refining sales methodologies and practices will be crucial in driving consistent, high-quality performance across the sales organisation.
By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to best practices, you will directly contribute to increased sales effectiveness, improved client experiences, and ultimately, enhanced revenue growth for the business. You will be a proven sales leader with a passion for driving excellence through structured commercial methodologies and best practices.
Your strategic thinking allows you to see the big picture while also attending to crucial details in sales processes.
