What You'll Do:Lead and Coordinate End-to-End Recruitment: Work closely with hiring managers guiding them to identify and attract top talent.Strategic Partnership: Coaching and guiding managers to think strategically about their hiring needs.Build Talent Pipelines: Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools.Enhance Processes: Review, create, and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.Drive Recruitment Outcomes: Oversee administrative aspects like ad drafting, working with managers, and preparing contracts while evolving the team into a more strategic space.Team Collaboration: Partner with your team and managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service that reflects a customer-service-oriented mindset.What We're Looking For:Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, with prior experience working across an internal or agency recruitment environment.Outgoing and Vibrant Personality: Resilient, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to drive results.Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional service and guiding stakeholders through the recruitment journey.Strategic Thinker: Ability to coach managers, help them refine their talent needs, and represent the team at its best.Why Join Us?Flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week, with a central Melbourne CBD office.Salary Packaging available.Be part of a down-to-earth team, reporting directly to a supportive manager.How to Apply:Hit the 'Apply Now' button to take the next step in your career
