From gaining hands-on experience intrauma-focused therapy to refining skills across diverse client presentations,you'll have the guidance and resources to build confidence and competence inyour practice.Join a team that values your growth, supports yourprofessional journey, and invests in your future as a Clinical Psychologist.The RoleAs a Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker, you'll work directly withclients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
You'll play a keyrole in supporting our clients' journeys through personalised therapy andevidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities include:Conductingdiagnostic assessments and delivering therapy through Better Access, NDIS,WorkCover and Veterans Affairs.Craftingindividualised case formulations and employing evidence-based approaches(CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR).Usingpsychosocial metrics to monitor progress and efficacy.Maintainingclinical documentation and preparing concise reports for GPs and otherreferring providers.Supportingclients facing a variety of issues, including trauma, grief, anddepression.About YouYou're a motivated, empathetic professional with AHPRA registration as aPsychologist or Mental Health Social Worker.
You're passionate abouttrauma-focused work and evidence-based practice, and you thrive in acollaborative, team-oriented setting.Preferred BackgroundClinicalPsychology Registrar or endorsed Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA.Fullyregistered Psychologist (generalist) with AHPRA.Experienceor special interest in trauma therapy.Ready to Apply?Take the next step in your career with a team that truly cares.
