Our Commercial Broker team enables customers to choose our Agri and business banking products and services through their broker.
We are looking for an experienced individual who can oversee the Commercial Broker Business's operational performance requirements, which include providing annual reviews, commission payments, marketing activation, business reporting, activity-based performance reporting, operational excellence, and business project implementation across both Commercial and Rural Broker Businesses.
Providing the data and insights to the larger Business & Agri Executive Team.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days in a local office per week and 60% of the time spent in office effective July 2025.
In this role you will get to: Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance data to accurately report New Money Settlements, product cross sales per customer, and customer risk grades.Complete Annual Reviews in a timely manner with Broker reviews.Help Brokers, Partners, and BDMs according to established guidelines.Identify prospective areas of process improvement within the business and communicate to relevant leaders, including the proposed approach and benefits.Ensure timely responses to all incoming broker queries as per agreed-upon service level commitments.Identify and report cases of risk or non-compliance to National Head of Sales and Accounts – Commercial Broker.We would also love you to have: Broker accreditation and onboarding.Ability to handle customer and internal partner challenges using conflict resolution skills and maintain composure under pressure.Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email.Knowledge of Third-Party Banking is desirable.Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with broker partners, BDMs, and other internal stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you will have: Administrative and support experience and customer service skills mandatory.Business/Commercial banking systems environment exposure highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint highly desirable.So, why work with us?
