We nurture talent and promote internally.About the roleThis Duty Manager's position is ideally suited to a natural leader who has a keen eye for detail and the ability to drive service at every level.
This position will play a key role in the Front Office where you will work closely with The Front Office Manager to implement and maintain a high standard of customer service in all areas of our operation.Work various shifts which includes working evenings and weekendsProvide five-star customer service in a busy working environmentHave excellent communication skills with guests, management and team membersAssist in the management of all departments while on shiftHave excellent personal presentationMonitor hotel presentation and staff grooming whilst on shiftBe one step ahead of the guest, knowing what they need before having to askBe extremely team-orientedSkills & experienceExperience in a similar role, within a 4 or 5-star environmentMust have a strong hotel management background with good knowledge of reservations, accounts, complaint handling & problem-solving.Experience using Opera PMS is necessary.Proven background in front desk and reservation operations***Only applicants with valid working rights in Australia should apply.
