The SaaS Account Manager at Martian Logic is about building a trusting relationship with clients in order to understand what the clients love and dislike about the products and services they're paying for.
It's also about maximising the ROI clients are getting from our platform.
It's a very challenging role; however, these challenges will take your career to another level.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a trusting relationship with clients to get an accurate estimate of client satisfaction and the value we deliver.
Create individual goals and success plans for each client.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver on client success plans.
Meet both retention and growth KPI(s).
About You:
Curious about technology solutions.
Team player.
Thoughtful communicator.
Successful in a team environment.
Good skills in using the phone as an effective method of engaging with clients.
Minimum of 3 years of SaaS-based Client Success or Account Management experience.
Proficiency in sales and CRM systems.

Based on years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base Salary: between $80K and $120K/year depending on experience.
Base Salary + Bonuses (OTE): $150K and $200K/year.
Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year.
