About the Role An opportunity is available for a Personal and Team Assistant to join our Practice Management Group to support our Audit Division.
The role of the Personal and Team Assistant is to provide high quality secretarial and general administrative support to 3 Executive Directors and the Audit team.
This role offers plenty of variety and requires secretarial and ideally professional services industry knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide high level assistance to the Executive Directors on a daily basis with regards to all administrative and general requirements with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.Extensive Diary Management for the Executive Directors.Manage the travel portfolios for the Executive Directors and organise travel and accommodation for the Audit Division as required.Coordinate all requirements for the Executive Director and Business Development meetings including attendance and minute taking as required.Prepare all correspondence including general correspondence, proposals and presentations for the Audit Division.Liaise with Marketing Division for completion of client proposals and relevant marketing related documentation.To be considered for this role, you must: be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.have intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Xero.To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following: Initiative to liaise with clients on behalf of Executive Directors and actively manage the Executive Director(s) diaries.High energy and resilience with the ability to deal with confidential issues in a high-pressure environment.Flexible with a willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver the desired outcome.Practical and action orientated decision making.Multi-disciplined with strong time management and organizational skills.Client service focus with experience in dealing with internal senior management and external key clients.How to apply If you meet the above mandatory requirements, please apply by sending your resume and covering letter answering the following 3 questions:
