Bring your passion for Customer Focus alongside your experience in Risk Management.Everyone is given the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve.Make a genuine difference through the work you do.In this Senior Associate role, you will: Provide second line of defence review and challenge for the UBank Everyday Banking and Technology business units (primarily the latter).Provide input on relevant BU risk appetite/tolerances as well as escalate breaches, material risk issues and potential loss events as appropriate.Contribute to implementation activities necessary to review and challenge effectiveness of first line risk management and compliance.Ensure prospective risk appetite breaches, material risks, loss events and/or deviations from the Risk Management Framework are escalated on a timely basis.Contribute to advice on risk and compliance issues and the design of effective mitigation strategies and controls.What you'll bring: Professional experience in Risk Management, preferably within Financial Services.Proven ability of review and challenge activities.Sound expertise of relevant risk exposures – Operational Risk and Compliance, Technology Risk.Strong customer focus, risk management and business analysis skills.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
