About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Systems Support Officer to join our team.
Based in Camberwell, this role supports the Facility Team's operations by managing timely and accurate data entry into the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and financial systems.
The position also involves assisting with various administration processes to facilitate effective property portfolio management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Administer the CMMS and Finance/ERP systems.
Ensure contractors adhere to Baptcare systems and processes.
Process financial data accurately to support accounting and reporting needs.
Prepare commercial service agreements and minor work contracts.
Assist with R&M/Capex expenditure processing, ensuring compliance with Baptcare policies.
Complete other administration-based activities as required.
Key Performance Indicators: Number and accuracy of Purchase Orders, Invoices, and other transactions processed monthly.
Timely completion of project tasks and documentation.
Positive stakeholder feedback and data integrity compliance.
About You: Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to business changes.
Experience in facilities management, accounts payable, and CMMS usage.
Exposure to commercial service agreements and minor work contracts.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or accounts payable.
Proven ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
