The firm has been on an impressive growth trajectory over the past five years and is focused on further expansion.
With growth and increasing complexity, they are now seeking to appoint a Sydney-based Chief People Officer (CPO) who will report to the Managing Director and play a crucial role in managing the people function and shaping the culture of the firm. This will include developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the firm's goals and values, implementing best practice people practices and processes, and cultivating a positive workplace culture where every employee can thrive. The CPO will oversee all people functions including talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role within a professional services or adjacent setting, with a strong background in people and culture leadership, innovative people process design and implementation, and all aspects of employee attraction, engagement and retention. They will also be culturally suited to working in a vibrant, fast-paced professional services environment.
