Executive Director & Vice-Master of Student Life The Company is seeking a Vice-Master and Executive Director of Student Life to oversee its student life portfolio and play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of a holistic and transformational experience for all students.
The successful candidate will be an academic leader, fostering a culture of curiosity, personal excellence, and contribution, and will be responsible for supporting students' well-being and professional development.
This full-time, on-site role requires a commitment to the College's core values and the ability to inspire and challenge students in their academic and personal growth.
The Vice-Master and Executive Director of Student Life will also be involved in the strategic planning and vision of the College, and will be expected to live on-site, attending various College functions and sharing on-call duties with other senior residential staff.

Applicants for the Vice-Master and Executive Director of Student Life position at the company should possess outstanding judgment, diplomacy, and communication skills, as well as a warm, engaging, and approachable manner.
A demonstrable commitment to influencing an outstanding experience for the College community and a passion for nurturing student leadership is essential.
