Female Mental Health Support Worker - InalaAged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)Casual/VacationAvailability for Morning and Active Night ShiftsExperienced female Mental Health Support Workers to work with a client in Inala that has mental health challenges, psycho-social disabilities and a physical disability.Someone with comprehensive knowledge of mental health issues and an understanding of the mental challenges clients facePrior experience working with clinically complex clients, with psychosocial disabilitiesCapable of handling escalated behaviorsMust have a relevant Certificate III or extensive experience working with clients with mental health challengesYou embody our ethos of Dignity, Respect, Individualised, Visionary and Engaging.You are dedicated to providing high quality care.A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.You have or can obtain the following:Blue Card and NDIS Screening/Yellow CardFirst Aid and CPR CertificateDriver's LicenseReliable vehicle with comprehensive car insuranceBenefits and Salary$30 - $42 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus penalty rates and superPart-time and full-time opportunitiesPaid trainingDo not have qualifications but want to get into the industry?
