We provide Supported Independent Living, In-home care, Community Participation, Short-Term Accommodation, Community Nursing, and Allied Health Services.About the roleWe are looking for Female team members in our supported independent living arrangements in the suburbs of Redbank Plains and Deebing Heights to provide Supported Independent Living and Community Access.The support worker's role and responsibilities will include:Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community.Providing positive behavior support to our clients.Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting, and data collection.Contributing to the team's overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients.Working with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision.Maintaining a professional relationship with clients and adhering to the NDIS and company code of conduct.Being responsive, reliable, and accountable to our clients and your team.What we offer:Casual/Part-Time PositionsCompetitive Pay Rates up to $44.39/hourWeekend Rate: up to $79.9011% super5 weeks Annual LeaveOnsite TrainingOpportunities for Career ProgressionQualification/Experience:Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher (or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)Mental Health ExperienceProblem-Solving SkillsChallenging Behavior ExperienceVerbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building SkillsIf you think this sounds like you, please applyIt is a genuine occupational requirement that the position is held by a Female person, and the exemption in section 25 of the Anti Discrimination Act 1991 applies.
