There are opportunities for travel, continuous training and professional development, and industry collaboration.About our TeamThe Standards, Technical Advice and Research (STAR) Branch, within ASD's Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), informs and advises government and industry on cyber security best practices.
As a Technologist within STAR branch, you will have a unique opportunity to apply your passion for technology in a way that directly contributes to improving the cyber resilience of the Australian community and helps to make Australia the most secure place to connect online.Our Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate is passionate, curious and keen to learn and apply their skills and experience in pursuit of the broader ASD mission.
Applicants who have skills in cyber-related project and program management are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Previous cyber security experience or knowledge is preferred.ASD is seeking applicants to fill current and anticipated vacancies and to create a merit pool for future vacancies.
