Conscious Care Group Pty Ltd is a boutique NDIS SIL provider operating within the SE-QLD region and has seen a period of rapid growth over the last quarter.
As such, we are excited to commence our search for a new Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
Our SDM's operate a key role within our business as the first position within the Leadership Team reporting directly to the Operations Manager and having Mental Health Support Workers and SIL House Leaders under his or her direct leadership.
This being said, our SDM's are required to have a significant knowledge of the NDIS space, specifically the SIL, STA/MTA and SDA areas of the sector.
Further to this, SDM's are required to have previous knowledge and/or experience:
Leading a team of 10+ Support WorkersRostering a medium tier team of 20+ Support WorkersConducting and attending Stakeholders MeetingsCompleting Risk Assessments, weekly/fortnightly Stakeholders UpdatesOrganising staff training (PBSP, RP etc)Experience reporting Restrictive Practice actions to the NDIAMaintaining NDIS ComplianceOnboarding of new Participants/SIL'sBusiness Development Bonus' are also available and encouragedFurther to this, as per NDIS standards we require our SDM's to hold:
NDIS Industry ExperienceBlue CardYellow Card or NDIS Workers Screening (NDISWC)NDIS Workers Orientation ModuleOur SDM's are rewarded with a generous salary package as well as a company vehicle, laptop and phone.
