The Company Our client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Client Engagement Coordinator to join a collaborative team of professionals who truly are making a difference to our community.
You will be working for a reputable organisation that provides choices for people with a disability, enabling them to regain and retain their independence within an inclusive community.
Their head office is based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, with lots of opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
The Role Based in the Services and Operations department, you will be responsible for the implementation, review, and management of client-centric services through exceptional customer service and client engagement.
You will review funding compliance and assess risk management practices to ensure high-quality service outcomes for clients.
Maintaining a high level of organisation skills, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate Client Support services and review Client Support Plans Select Support Workers to deliver requested services and supports Maintain accurate funding and compliance records Conduct regular and frequent visits to client homes and community locations (across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria) Attend stakeholder meetings, forums, and other networking events as required What will I need to succeed?
Experience in a client engagement/support worker/behavioural management role within the community services sector Certificate IV in Disability Studies/Community Services, or equivalent Strong understanding of care plan management and review processes is highly desirable A Valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance will be required Intermediate MS skills with familiarity with NDIS, TACC and DHH funding bodies (desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop client relationships Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team Please apply now if you would like to join this wonderful organisation that is making a difference to our community.
