The Role
As Head of Operations, you'll oversee the daily operations of TODAY Fitness Villawood, ensuring that our mission to deliver exceptional fitness experiences is executed seamlessly.
You will be responsible for optimising our processes, managing our talent, and driving member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring alignment with TODAY Fitness's vision and values.
Inspire and mentor team members (our Talent) to deliver excellent service.
Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient processes that enhance the member experience, streamline workflows, and drive business growth.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to meet our high standards.
Customer Experience: Elevate the member experience by ensuring that the gym environment is welcoming, inclusive, and exceeds expectations.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth, ensuring that we hit our financial targets.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for both members and staff.
Innovation & Growth: Drive the development and execution of new initiatives, classes, and services that reflect our core values and keep TODAY Fitness Villawood at the forefront of the industry.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership or operations role, ideally within the fitness, health, or hospitality industry.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and performance reporting.
Passion for fitness and wellness, and a commitment to creating a radiant, joyful environment for members.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with members, staff, and external partners.
