We are looking for a passionate individual to join the Sheraton community as an Assistant Manager for Gallery Lobby Lounge.

Position Summary :
Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with managing all aspects of the lobby lounge, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating an inclusive community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement in conjunction with F&B Leadership team.
Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of company policies and procedures.
Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
Conduct regular departmental communications briefing and meetings in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings About You :
An up-to-date RSA 2 Years relevant experience in a managerial role Full working rights in Australia Enthusiastic to escalate your career Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude Leadership & Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement efforts, focusing on product and service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and guide F&B staff, ensuring top-notch service for every guest.
Guest Relations: Manage reservations and ensure exceptional F&B guest relations.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for F&B staff to maintain high standards.
