Receive a generous salary and annual bonuses during the growth phase while establishing your client base.
Fee Base Available for Purchase
Acquire a substantial fee parcel (over $500K) from an existing Partner nearing capacity.
Your experience in directly managing the base will facilitate a seamless transfer of client relationships, ensuring a smooth and low-risk transition.
Client Base Ownership
Contractually, any clients you originate during your tenure or bring with you prior to commencement remain under your ownership.
Should you choose to leave, you retain full rights to your client base.
