Transaction Banking supports our Commercial Banking Teams (CB), providing fresh thinking and expertise in key critical areas of our clients' businesses being working capital management- with flexible and innovative transaction banking solutions and Industry insights to help our clients navigate changing market conditions.
Your role will align to commercial business centres in metropolitan Sydney with home location to be agreed during recruitment.
Do work that matters Your length and depth of experience in this segment will see you identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple transaction banking solutions (including cash management, working capital, merchants and e-commerce) with existing and new-to-bank clients, focusing on high net worth business bank clientele.
You have a flair for developing close working relationships with key clients and your internal stakeholders, and you use your ability to immerse yourself in our clients' business to understand their needs, and to provide innovative transaction banking solutions that help them grow and thrive.
More specifically, you will Have a deep understanding of our transaction banking product offeringsEngage with relationship teams to review transaction banking performance and initiativesProvide support, coaching and education to bankersConsistently seek client feedback with a focus on improvement and the pursuit of excellenceContinue to build a profile and presence on behalf of the Commonwealth Bank in Transaction BankingWhat are we looking for?
